Lou Holtz will be the keynote speaker at the 2015 Los Angeles Catholic Prayer Breakfast Sept. 15 at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels.

From 1986 to 1996, Coach Holtz lead the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame on the football field. He is the only college football coach to lead six different programs to bowl games.

“Whether you know him from his job as a college football analyst on ESPN’s SportsCenter or the former coach of the University of Notre Dame, we are very pleased to announce Lou Holtz as our keynote speaker for the 2015 breakfast,” said Allen Lund, co-chair of the annual Los Angeles Catholic Prayer Breakfast.  “We are very fortunate to have secured Coach Holtz; he is quick witted, inspirational and a devoted Catholic. We think he will be very well received by Catholics throughout Southern California.”

He is the published author of three books, and has built a reputation as a motivator. Tickets are $40 each, or $350 for a table of 10.
