Sony Pictures Television chairman Steve Mosko will give the graduate commencement address at Loyola Marymount University on May 8 at 10 a.m.

As head of the industry’s largest independent television studio, Mosko is responsible for all TV operations for Sony Pictures Entertainment worldwide, overseeing the development and production of programming in all genres and across platforms, distribution of feature film and television content, networks and advertiser sales.

Mosko joined Sony Pictures Entertainment in 1992 and under his leadership the studio has produced many popular network and cable series, including “The Blacklist,” “Breaking Bad,” “Shark Tank,” “Better Call Saul” and numerous others.

More than 700 graduate degrees will be conferred at the commencement ceremony, to be held at LMU’s Sunken Garden. It can be viewed live online at lmu.edu.
