Senior Producer The University of Notre Dame is accepting applications for a Senior Producer. This position is responsible for providing creative direction oversight and overall leadership for Notre Dame’s Faith Television Initiative. This includes collaborating with multiple internal and/or external constituent groups to form and implement strategy, identify stories that promote Catholic values, lead video production and to cultivate viewership through compelling content. This position will be responsible for identifying, hiring, managing appropriately skilled individuals to deliver continuous improvement. It is also responsible for cultivating partnerships and managing the financial success of the endeavor. This position will have a dotted line reporting relationship with the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Digital Media. Minimum Qualifications: Deep Knowledge of the Catholic faith and experience working in a religious organization. Familiarity and experience working in a creative environment producing high quality content. Experience in broadcast or other media production is helpful. Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree 5 years or advanced certification beyond Bachelor’s 7 or more years of experience. Experience in video production and/or related field. Preferred Qualification strategic thinking. Strong organizational and communication skills. Collaborative management style. Ability to work effectively within a diverse population. Strong writing background. Ability to manage financial expenditures and drive revenue. Willingness to work Non-traditional work hours including some evenings and weekends.
