The Auxiliary of the Pregnancy Help Center of the San Gabriel Valley (PHC) is launching their Mother’s Day project to benefit the PHC.The Auxiliary celebrates Mother’s Day by bestowing a “gift” on those expressing a wish to help support the PHC. The “gift” will arrive the week before Mother’s Day (May 12). This year’s gift includes a manicure set with its own white plastic case. The manicure set includes: nail scissors, nail clippers, tweezers and a nail file. In conjunction with the “gift,” the Auxiliary hopes that you will in turn donate to the PHC. The Pregnancy Help Center provides wonderful services to help women who have financial or emotional obstacles to a happy pregnancy. The PHC gives all qualified clients free pregnancy tests and free ultrasounds, administered by a doctor or a certified sonographer. The center also offers a 24-hour helpline, medical and housing referrals, supplies, such as diapers, wipes, and toddler clothes on a monthly basis.
