IceAccordion is available as a separate module and is not part of the template. You should install it as a module through the J! Administrator. You can find the module inside the Template Package
Descriptio
IceAccordion is a simple yet powerful module based on the popular Mootools library. It can display a set of article in an accordion way. It should be used when the vertical space is limited and you have a large number of articles. As all our modules, IceAccordion is accessible and usable, mean that if in any case Javascript is disabled on the user's brower the articles are displayed normally without any problem.
The IceAccordion module as all our modules require that it should have a Category assigned to it. As you can see below from the screenshot the category that is assigned, is the IceAccordion category. So the IceAccordion module will display all the articles that are under the IceAccordion category. Also you can limit the articles that you want to display using the Numbers of Items feature on the Module Parameter
