The Walk for Life South Bay will celebrate 30 years of standing for life. The event will begin at 9 a.m. at Veterans Park in Redondo Beach on May 20. The Pregnancy Help Center in Torrance will host the event.
Each year the event draws hundreds of pro-life community members, who come out in support of the Pregnancy Help Center. The not-for-profit organization has provided free prenatal services — including pregnancy tests and limited ultrasounds — in the South Bay area for more than 40 years.
